Exclamation  SYNC ISSUES - READ THIS FIRST
Movie Premier uses a pluggable system to search and match items within your file system. This makes it easy for us to maintain and add support for various foldering and naming conventions.

If you are having problems with Movie Premier not finding your files or not putting them in the proper spot, follow the instructions below and we will look into adding support for your specific needs.

Run the following command from a command prompt and send us the resulting file. Replace <PATH_TO_YOUR_MOVIES> with the root path that is giving you problems.

tree "<PATH_TO_YOUR_MOVIES>" /F > "C:\temp\movietree.txt"

This will create a file in your C:\temp folder named movietree.txt which will have the structure of your folders and files for us to analyze.

Rather than uploading the file here, send an email to support@shugrmedia.com with the file attached.

Thank you
