"Application could not start"
I get this message on Windows 10 Build 10586.
"The application could not start, please contact support@shugrmedia.com".

would try reinstalling. After uninstalling - remove the Movie Premier folder from the app directory on the machine.

If you are not sure how to do that - let me know.

The issue appears to be encryption keys are out of sync. Reinstalling will fix this as new keys will be generated.
